Morisco – Chef Ranveer Brar

Ranveer Brar has been credited with being an honorary member of James Beard Foundation. The restaurant Morisco was opened by Ranveer in the Fort Aguada Beach Resort, Goa in 2001. Ziya Restaurant – Chef Vineet Bhatia

Ziya Restaurant is located in Oberoi, Nariman Point. It is noteworthy that Vineet Bhatia is a Michelin Star chef. The specialty of the restaurant is to make Indian contemporary dishes with a Western perspective. It has a glass walled kitchen, and has an a la carte menu. Yellow Chilli – Chef Sanjeev Kapoor

Sanjeev Kapoor is like a household name when it comes to foodies in India. He also is a holder of Padma Shri. He also hosted Khana Khazana which was the longest running show of its kind in Asia. The restaurant specializes in Indian food, and focuses on fine dining experience at down to earth prices.
